Want to Become a Support Worker?
As a residential support worker, your clients could include children in care or adults with physical or learning disabilities, mental health problems, addiction issues or other emotional or social needs and the elderly.
You will offer support at home and throughout the community – specific to the individual client. You will act as a personal assistant and a friend to your clients – again perhaps one more than the other, specific to the needs of the client.

Requirements
Training will be provided, however experience in the care industry would be advantageous. To become a PA you must undertake a full disclosure so we know you are safe to work with children and vulnerable people.
